To be honest, and I am not trying to be smug or anything
like that, I already do just about everything we covered in Tuesday’s class. I
may not do every single stretch that we covered, but I do do most of them. I
always stretch before I work out, run, or do anything that could be strenuous
to my muscles. I usually stretch for about 15 minutes before I do any of these
activities. Whenever I go to soccer practice, when I went to football practice
in high school, or whenever I have a game of any sort, I generally stretch when
I get there before the practice or game even starts even when we are going to
warm up and stretch as a team anyways. Instead of rolling with the foam roller,
I have something called The Stick, which is pretty much just a hand held version
of it. And because I can’t think of anything I can add to my stretching or warm
up or anything else to add to this blog response from what we learned about in
class on Tuesday and I also need to get this to 200 words, I’m just going to
